특별 활동 및 올해 주요 행사 MAJOR ACTIVITIES/ YEARLY PROGRAM
CONFIRMATION CLASS TO BECOME A FULL CHURCH MEMBER 12 Years old or older (who were baptized as infant and/or who are going to be baptized)
SUMMER REVIVAL BREAKOUT JULY 5th (Monday) 3 pm - July 9th (Friday) 3 pm Summer Revival is a Youth and Young Adult Retreat sponsored by the “Radical Reversal Ministry.” Students from all over the nation gather for a week of worship and teaching. The retreat takes place in Wilmore, Kentucky in the month of July annually.
YOUTH FALL RETREAT The Fall Retreat is a weekend trip to one of the many local retreat centers in Kentucky. The Youth engage in small group activities, large group worship, hiking, and a campfire. The date is determined according to the Fall break scheduled by the school district.
WINTER RETREAT Our Winter Retreat takes place in Chicago, Illinois sponsored by 180 Ministry. This is a time of learning and worship. It is also a great opportunity for students to meet and make life long friends. Each student comes back with an amazing testimony of God's might work in his or her life. Whether it is during the travel they experience God in the back of a bus or during the retreat, every students encounters God. The date usually falls between the day after Christmas and New Year's Eve.
JYLA EVENTS Our group Our group participates in various Jessamine Youth Leaders' Association events. This association is a network of local youth pastors that share the same passion about God and the youth. Our two major events include the Card Board Village and the 30 hr Famine (World Vision). Card Board Village takes place in the Spring where the students raise funds for World Vision while learning about World hunger.
